WASL

نربط الأطراف. نبني الثقة. We connect the parties. We build trust.

The Saudi platform that brings every party of a wedding, event, or multi-party project into one controlled workspace — replacing fragmented WhatsApp threads, forwarded emails, and spreadsheets with role-based dashboards, verified partners, structured quotations and bookings, and an immutable Trust Log.

Prepared for Eng. Mohammad Shakil & the WASL project team • Version 1.0 • August 2026 • Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Problem

Event coordination in Saudi Arabia is fragmented — and trust pays the price

A single Saudi wedding can involve dozens of parties: the family, planner, venue, caterer, décor team, photographers, and more. Today they coordinate through scattered WhatsApp messages, calls, and informal notes — with no shared record, no accountability trail, and no structured way to compare offers or track commitments.

Fragmented Communication

Decisions, prices, and promises live in personal chats and forwarded emails. When disputes arise, there is no authoritative record of who agreed to what, and when.

No Verified Supply

Families struggle to find, verify, and compare suppliers. Quality suppliers struggle to be discovered beyond word-of-mouth referrals.

Financial Opacity

Budgets, deposits, variations, and balances are tracked informally — creating overruns, misunderstandings, and disputes that harm both clients and suppliers.

The WASL Answer

One controlled workspace for every party — anchored by the Trust Log

Every stakeholder gets an authenticated WASL account, role-based dashboard, and internal inbox. Quotations, bookings, approvals, contracts, files, and payments all live in the shared project record — never in email chains.

🛡

The Trust Log — WASL's defining feature

An append-only, chronological record of every material event in the project: who requested, who quoted, who approved, what changed, and when. Corrections happen by superseding entries — never by deletion. Exportable as an evidence chain for dispute resolution.

PATH A — Create a Project

Start from scratch, guided by AI

Create a wedding, engagement, birthday, corporate event, or exhibition project. AI classifies the project, asks adaptive questions, and generates requirements, budget bands, timeline, partner categories, and a full checklist.

PATH B — Guided Event Package

Select "Saudi Wedding" and follow the planner

A localized guided planner: city, date, guest count, family arrangements, budget, venue level, and style. WASL matches verified partners, gathers live quotes, compares offers, and converts selections into bookings.
