A track matched to the assessed gap, delivered by WASL or an authorised training partner.

Verified profile
Identity and category documents are checked, and the profile becomes visible in the directory.

Supervised assignments
First engagements run under a named supervisor, with delivery evidence recorded.

Ratings & evidence
Performance is built from completed work and client ratings, not from a portfolio claim.

Advanced tier
Meeting the published criteria unlocks a higher tier, larger assignments and lead priority.
What the certificate does and does not say
It states
- The track, the hours and the assessment that was passed.
- The issuing body — WASL or a named authorised training partner.
- The validity period and any renewal requirement.
It never implies
- Accreditation by a government or external awarding body.
- A licence to practise a regulated activity.
- Any guarantee of work volume or income.
