How it works

One Saudi wedding, end to end, with the evidence attached.

The sequence below is the demonstration journey built into the application. Every line marked “Trust Log” is an event the system actually writes.

  1. 01Client

    Register and open a project

Sara creates an account, chooses the guided Saudi wedding planner and answers the localised intake: Riyadh, 14 November, 450 guests, separate halls, a ceiling of SAR 320,000 and a private hall tier.

    Trust Log: “Created project”

  2. 02AI planner

The plan is drafted and explained

WASL classifies the project and returns a phased checklist, the partner categories to source, a budget allocation per category and risk alerts — a short lead time, a separate arrangement that duplicates service lines, and a guest volume that triggers capacity checks.

Trust Log: “Generated AI plan — advisory only”

  3. 03Client

    Invite the people who decide

Her father joins as a Family Approver with a SAR 20,000 ceiling — he sees approvals and the Trust Log, not partner pricing. The planner joins with full project visibility. A freelance coordinator joins for the day itself.

Trust Log: “Invited collaborator, limit SAR 20,000”

  4. 04Client / Planner

Issue an RFQ to verified partners

One scope — two independent halls, separate entrances, prayer areas, valet, a 19:00–01:00 window — is issued to verified venues. Unverified organisations cannot be invited at all.

Trust Log: “Issued RFQ — sent to 2 verified partners”

  5. 05Venue / Supplier

Partners quote from their own portal

Each partner signs in and submits structured line items, inclusions, exclusions, VAT at 15% and a validity date. Nothing arrives as an email attachment, so nothing needs re-keying.

Trust Log: “Submitted quotation — SAR 59,800 incl. VAT”

  6. 06Client

Compare like for like, then award

The comparison surfaces what the headline number hides: one venue is cheaper but forbids external catering; one caterer excludes the coffee service and the cake. Awarding closes the RFQ, declines the others and creates the booking.

Trust Log: “Compared quotations” → “Awarded quotation”

  7. 07Family approver

The deposit needs a human, inside a limit

A 20% deposit record is raised and routed to the named approver. If the amount exceeds his delegated ceiling, WASL refuses the approval and records the refusal — it does not quietly allow it.

Trust Log: “Approved deposit — record only, no live settlement”

  8. 08Everyone

Run the day and close the record

The run sheet publishes arrival windows and escalation owners to every confirmed partner. Afterwards: balances, ratings, media delivery and a closed, exportable Trust Log.

Trust Log: closed and exportable as an evidence chain
